You bought a car. Maybe its's new, maybe it's used. You paid good money. You may even have arranged a car loan to finance the purchase, eg €40,000
After a while (say 2 years) your car is stolen or is involved in an accident. Either way it's a write off.
Your insurance policy gives you the cars market value at the time of the claim, eg €30,000
This will leave a shortfall of €10,000 to get you back to where you started. Otherwise you settle for something smaller.
The answer; Vehicle Replacement Insurance, this policy will pay for the difference of what your Insurance pays out and the price you paid for the vehicle. For vehicles up to the value of €40,000 it will cost €395, for vehicles up to the value of €60,000 it will cost €495 and for vehicles up to the value of €120,000 it will cost €595, this is for 3 YEARS COVER!
